Arthur Hylton Is A Visual Artist/Social Activist Born & Raised In Brooklyn, New York. As A Child He Found Enjoyment In Taking Photos of People, Places & Things With Disposable Film Cameras & Continued Documenting His Travels While In The Military.

Upon His Honorable Discharge, He Relocated Back To New York &  Enrolled In The New York Film Academy. Today Arthur Is An Active Activist & Creativity Driven Artist Whose Work Has Been Featured In A Plethora of Online Publications & Portfolios. He Also Has Become A Person Who Creates Opportunities From Mere Ideas And Visual Images From Mere Dreams.
